We wanted to celebrate to a good friend and she suggested that we celebrate at Meli Melo's restaurant bar by Chef Meir Adoni, on the roof of Hotel Bobo. It's so fun that my friends have such a good taste and that they take me to such intriguing places. Love them.
So after expressing my big love to my friends, we reached to the restaurant, to the roof of the hotel, in the middle of the floor stands the pool and around it everybody sit, dance, eat and have fun. We had great seating spot with sofas and we just needed to start eating and gain weight.
I already have a partner to share dishes from the menu, so we started with Parker House (33 NIS), a milk bun smeared with butter, whipped cream, doa and green onions. Without a doubt the most delicious carb I have eaten in my life, without exaggerating (forgive me if I said the same about other carbs as well), the combination of the bun with the whipped cream was really perfect. #yammmmm

We continued with an Arabian Fish Tartare (81 NIS), raw fish, tomatoes, cucumber, herbs, yogurt, curry leaf oil and tamarind. A stunning dish, with different textures which encourages you to eat more and more. When you take a bite that combines the fish, yogurt and cucumber together it so tasty and it's surprising how delicious and special it is. #yammmmm

We decided to share another dish, Middle Eastern Tzatziki (81 NIS), mango salad, kohlrabi, green curry vinaigrette, peanuts, yuzu yogurt, coconut chips, mint and basil. A good dish for my opinion, but not suitable for every palate. It will fit more to big fan of special Asian flavors. #yammmmm

For dessert we had only 2 options, so of course we ordered both and it was perfect. We got every possible texture in the mouth and enjoyed every bite. We all shared these desserts and were melted of how delicious it was. Definitely a good closure for this whole meal. #yammmmm
Nut dessert (49 NIS), butter tart, cream of hazelnuts, caramelized hazelnuts, rosetta cream, kaddif samna and salty hazelnut pralines.

Mango tart (49 NIS), with olive oil sable, cremo mango and yuzu, lime oil, yogurt whipped cream, raspberry coli, twill tapioca and blueberries.
