I can officially update that my birthday week is over, and it ended at Gouje and Danielle restaurant by Chef Snir Ang-Sela in Bnei Zion.
The restaurant is located in a country area, with lots of wood and large seating areas, which is exactly what I needed to end all this madness.
We sat inside, got a menu that was very varied in the style of dishes in it, but did not include a lot of dishes in general (do not worry I did not finished hungry). After a slight look we decided to go for a distribution of a few starters and then each one would order its own main, and it worked great.
Thai Sea Salad (72 NIS), with wild fish, purple cabbage, coriander, mint, peanuts, green onions, and spicy pomegranate sauce. I'm in love with a combination of fish and Thai flavors, certainly when there is an addition of peanuts. #yammmmm

Asparagus Tortellini (58 NIS), with ricotta, green garlic, parmesan and basil. I would like some more tortellini on the plate because I feel it runs out too quickly. #yammmmm

Fish Tartare (72 NIS), with grapes, corn, almonds, coriander oil, lime and cream. As I had hoped, a tasty dish that fits well with all the ingredients I like. Yam. #yammmmm

Tomato Salad (62 NIS), with pickled chili vinaigrette, garlic and Hameiri cheese. This is the exact combination for a salad for me. #yammmmm

Gouje and Danielle's Burger (88 NIS), with chipotle aioli and baby potatoes. Not a burger that surprised me very much, but it was delicious. #yammmmm

For dessert I ordered the Sneakers (48 NIS), a vegan dessert with peanut butter, chocolate and meringue. A dessert I did liked, the taste of the peanuts was too strong for me and it was in the whole dish. #yammmmm

There was a stunning vibes, delicious dishes to share, and I will happily return for another round.
