Second time I'm coming to BAR ITALIA, a restaurant that respectfully represents this legendary group of restaurants (also includes Pomo, Kiso and Nishi I have been to, and they are absolutely excellent).
This time we were 5 girls, and we ordered so many dishes that I don't know if I will be able to get out of bed tomorrow.
We got to the restaurant, sat down at a round table that was perfect for sharing a huge amount of dishes, looked at the menu, and as hard it was, at the end we were able to come to a decision on a perfect meal.
We started with 4 entrees,
Focaccia and dips (24 NIS) that came hot, brushed with oil and soft as a pillow, with a saucer of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and tomatoes, which as expected was an excellent combination. #yammmmm

Bruschetta di tonno (63 NIS), with red tuna, cilantro, and cherry tomatoes. The most delicious dish in the restaurant without a shadow of a doubt, with perfect flavors of fresh tuna and crunchies that go well together thanks to the aioli in between. The dish comes in 4 pieces, so you can easily share it and even order another round. #yammmmm

Burrata Carciofi (67 NIS), cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. A dish with varied flavors, a kind of salad combined with cheese, which artichoke lovers will probably be very attached to. The burrata in my opinion should have been more spread out and blended in better with the rest of the dish. A cute dish. #yammmmm

Special dish of greater amberjack, which came with crunchy flavors of a kind of sweet potato chips, with a salad of tomatoes and fresh slices of greater amberjack. A very tasty dish that I wish would be in the specials menu also when you will arrive at the restaurant. #yammmmm

We continued with a Primavera salad (64 NIS), with endive, beets, salanova, bouchet
cheese and figs vinegar. The perfect combination of beets and shame cheese. A dish that is very suitable for those who like surprises and special flavors, and also for those who do not. Because it is really tasty and helped us move easily from the first courses to the mains that were waiting for us. #yammmmm

We started the main dishes round with a Tartufo Pizza (74 NIS), with cream, truffles mash, Portobello, champignon, Shimeji, provolone cheese and garlic confit. A pizza that you start eating already with the smell it comes with, when it increases of course as soon as you taste and get a thin pizza with stunning flavors of mushrooms, cream and truffles. Definitely a must-try dish. #yammmmm

We continued with Tortelini Formaggio (82 NIS),ricotta, spinach, pecorino romano, butter tomato sauce and oregano. An excellent dish to share, which came with 8 delicious units that were eliminated very quickly. #yammmmm

We exploded completely with Artichoke Aglio e olio (74 NIS), long fusilli, sunny tomatoes, garlic confit, asparagus, Kalamata olives, olive oil, garlic and chili. A dish I love and know so well that I want to learn how make it at home. For the sake of honesty, suitable for fans of the Alio Olio and artichoke genre only. #yammmmm

We finished the meal with perfect desserts.
We started with Pancota Coffee (52 NIS), Financeier cookies, caramelized hazelnuts and mascarpone cream. A stunning dessert that combines soft flavors of cream and coffee, along with hazelnuts that give the dish a bolder flavor.#yammmmm

Dulce chocolate (54 NIS), hazelnut decoupage, crunch pieta, chocolate ganache and nochella ice cream. A dessert that is all chocolate, less special to my taste, with all my love for chocolate. But it also combines a variety of textures that allow you to enjoy the dish very much. #yammmmm

And last but not least, the Milfey (50 NIS), layers of caramelized puff pastry, patisserie cream and salted caramel sauce. Once the sauce is spread over the entire dish, it is impossible not to fall in love with the stunning cream that blends perfectly with the crunchy layers of dough. #yammmmm
